We would like to introduce to you our group ‘Reform Stamp 3’. We are Non-EU immigrants residing in Ireland under the condition of the Residence Permit Stamp 3 Visa mostly comprising of spouses of general employment permit holders and Ph.D. students.  This Visa states, according to the INIS website http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/inis/pages/registration-stamps#stamp3, that we cannot work, or engage in any business, trade, or profession.  We can however apply for citizenship by naturalization once we have been in the state for 1825 days.
